How do I get paid?
Clients pay by MTN or Airtel mobile money, or cash on completion. Your 85% share and payout history are tracked in the partner dashboard.
Do I have to accept every booking?
No. You only appear for the days, hours and neighbourhoods you publish, and you can decline a request that does not work for you.
Can I keep my existing clients?
Yes. Naya is an extra channel — bring your own clients onto the platform or keep them separate, it is up to you.
How long does approval take?
