How booking on Naya works — from search to receipt

Naya is built so that a booking takes under two minutes, whether or not you have an account.

1. Find a professional Search by service or neighbourhood. Every profile shows real prices, durations, portfolio work and reviews from completed bookings only.

2. Pick a real slot Availability comes from the professional's own weekly hours, their days off and their existing bookings — so anything you can select is genuinely free.

3. Book as a guest or with an account You can complete the whole booking as a guest and create an account afterwards. If you sign up with the same email, your guest bookings are linked automatically.

4. Pay your way MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or cash on arrival. A receipt and an "Add to calendar" file are available from your booking page straight away.

5. Stay informed Reminders arrive through the channels you choose, with quiet hours so nothing wakes you at 2am. Reschedules and cancellations show the exact fee or refund before you confirm.
